Powerful, Flexible, Tough
- Hydraulic reversible auger drive with a wide range of augers for different post sizes and ground conditions.
- Forward, aft and sideways tilts combined with a wide base and two separate stability pads allows safe and efficient operation on hills or sloping ground.
- Precise ergonomically located controls allow posts to be set quickly and accurately without fuss.
- Has low overall height but still copes with normal posts.
- Firm and Fast post setting, with feather touch controls
- The 227kg (500lb) post driving dolly is under the full control of the operator at all times.
- Variable Dolly control allows a few small taps to start the post, followed up by full stroke hits will drive the post to the required depth quickly.
- The inbuilt hydraulic damper at the top of the dolly stroke cushions the dolly, reducing mechanical fatigue and increasing cylinder life.
- The dolly can be stopped at any point in its downward stroke without damage to the machine. The squelch valve safely dissipates all of the load created by stopping the dolly suddenly.

The SIDE SHIFT operates outside the wheel line of the tractor, after extending the centre-line of the hammer 1.4m off the centre-line of the tractor.
The SIDE SHIFT is easy to operate and ensures efficient and fast work that can be performed with great accuracy.
Allows mounting of the Post Sett sideways, with respect to the tractor. The tractor can then be driven straight along one side of the post line with the Post Sett retracted out of the way of posts and wires.
The Post Sett is moved hydraulically to its extended position completely clear of the tractor wheels for fast and accurate inline setting..

TELESCOPIC FOR HIGH FENCING WORK – Capable of installing posts up to 11ft.
The machine for those in need of specialist tall fencing and post work. All the features of the MULTI-SETT machine, PLUS the ability to drive extra long posts and to drive them deep.
In its retracted form – no taller than a MULTI-SETT – this added flexibility is gained at no sacrifice in power, rigidity or stability. The longer post is driven with the same ease and accuracy as the standard machine. The mast height setting is infinitely variable throughout it’s movement range and can be adjusted at any time during operation by the operation of a single lever. When set, it is hydraulically locked – there can be no creep or jam while working in extended mode.
Large stabilising pads assure a firm base for the machine in any conditions.
Suits tractors of 40kW (60HP) and over, due to the extra weight, and stability.
The control panel is an enlarged version of the MULTI-SETT with the same ergonomic approach to lever movement and control.
Labor saving, all weather system is easy to operate. Its speed and accuracy of setting make it extremely cost effective.

Smaller motors are available for tractor remote oil supplies lower than 23lpm (5gpm) at 100bar (1500psi). The smaller motors maintain the correct auger revolutions at normal tractor engine speeds, however, auger driving torque is reduced. - Extra Heavy Dolly

Auger cutters are supplied with carbide tipped cutting faces.
Cutters are also available with a central rock cutting bit.
A special rock drilling auger of 45mm (1-3/4″) diameter is also available for regular drilling of rock.
Standard earth auger diameters available are: 70, 95, 127, 152, 216, 254, 305, 365(mm); (2-3/4, 3-/4, 5, 6, 8-1/2, 10, 12 (inches)).
All augers will drill to a minimum depth of 1140mm (3’9″). - Special Purpose Machines

The design of the hydraulics provides inherent fail safe features. If a control lever is released, the action it controls stops immediately.
A series of guards prevents the operator from touching moving or dangerous parts of the machine during operation without compromising effective operation.
Safety is of vital concern to us, and must be the primary focus of the operator also.
It is VITAL, that you familiarise yourself with the owner’s manual, and the safety labels on the machine.
- Do not operate the machine without all guards in place.
- Do not use the digger if the auger is worn or damaged in any way.
- Do not operate the machine without protective eyewear, headgear and hearing protection.
- Keep bystanders well away from the machine during operation.
- Use only the auger retaining pin supplied. Never replace it with another bolt or pin.
